“The greatest mistake in the treatment of diseases is that there are physicians for the body and physicians for the soul although the two cannot be separated.”

- Plato

My interest in homeopathy started 30 years ago in Italy, when I began to use it as a patient and was captured by the shift it caused not only in my specific physical symptoms but in my overall wellbeing. I immediately started studying in order to learn how to use remedies in common complaints for me and my family. After moving to London, in 1995 I decided to seek formal training in homeopathy. I attended the London College of Classical Homeopathy, where I qualified in 1999, and I have been in private practice in London since then. In 2004 I became a registered member of the Society of Homeopaths – the largest professional body for homeopaths in this country. I abide by the Society’s Code of Ethics and Practice and I am regularly insured. I am also in the Society’s list of Supervisors and I am committed to my own practitioner development, attending a peer supervision and study group and since 2009 studying the Sensation Method with Drs Bawisha and Sachindra Joshi.

In over ten years of practice, I have worked extensively with young families following mothers through pregnancy and supporting parents health and emotional stability in the first years of bringing up a child. I like treating babies and children, particularly because their high vitality allows them to react to remedies clearly and quickly, but I also enjoy working with adults. Often people that come to see me are going through a period of change in their lives – puberty, menopause, bereavement, or other changing circumstances like separation, moving, professional changes etc. can all bring more stress and impact on our state of health. I love the fact that homeopathy treats the person, not the disease and as such is an ideal form of medicine to support each person’s health and well-being throughout life, viewing our health history as a journey rather than a disjointed collection of symptoms and helping us to make sense of it as a continuous development.

If you want to know more about how homeopathy can help you or about my way of practicing, please get in touch by phone, text message or email. I welcome your enquiry.

Homeopathy is a complete system of natural, evidence-based medicine which involves treating the individual with highly diluted substances, given mainly in tablet form, with the aim of triggering the body’s natural system of healing. Based on their specific symptoms, the homeopath will match the most appropriate medicine to each individual patient.
Gentle and effective, homeopathy is over 200 years old and is the second largest system of medicine in the world today, as recognised by the World Health Organisation (WHO).
